All rooms are built by a U-shaped masonry structure that is repeatable and contains all necessary joints to connect it to the ceiling, roof and facade. The U-shaped parts are self-supporting and -stiffening. Due to the different depth of the masonry, there is a differentiated design despite the strict arrangement of the masonry areas. The self-supporting function creates spaces that are completely free in design and materiality and do not depend on the main structure.
